Become a Member

Acquire an individual annual membership for each family member who is going to participate in a club program.

  • Membership provides, year-long, weekly coached distance training workouts based on a progressive and developmental distance running training philosophy.
  • These training sessions typically will be once per week during the fall/winter and twice per week during the spring/summer.
  • Register for additional programs throughout the year, including the fall Green Flash cross country team, educational workshops/seminars (free or at minimal cost), and other distance training programs.
